HMSPANEL is the simplest linux control panel to set up as well as the easiest to use. The installation is very simple, fast and just takes a few minutes. You wont have to go through the headaches and troubles to make this control panel work for you! Our support team will be here to answer any questions along the way.

Hardware Requirements

HMSPANEL will run on just about any hardware platform. It doesn't matter if it is a physical server or virtual machine. The same installer works on both! It has been proven that HMSPANEL performs excellent on a virtual private server configuration with 384MB of RAM and a single CPU. We obviously recommend using a powerful server configuration you run for your business. A more powerful server will allow you to create and operate more user accounts, web sites, databases, etc. which will ultimately generate more revenue for you.

Software Requirements

Linux Operating Systems

HMSPANEL installs on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Versions 3, 4, 5 (5 preferred), CentOS 4, 5.x (5.3 preferred), Fedora Core 10, White Box Enterprise Linux, and Debian. We recommend installing our control panel on CentOS as it has been the most stable os amongst our customers and has the preferred packages used for the HMSPANEL installation. HMSPANEL has been built using PHP which is compatible with all Linux distros.

Apache Web Server

Apache 2.X is required to host HMSPANEL websites. Apache is an open-source HTTP server for modern operating systems and it will play a key role in running your hosting business. Our control panel installers will automatically fetch the installation files, they will install Apache for you, and configure it during installation.

Note: There is no need to pre-install and configure Apache before installing HMSPANEL.

HMSPANEL requires a MySQL Server engine for the internal database. You won't even have to download and install MySQL server prior to installing our product. Let HMSPANEL take over and do all the work for you!
