
All HMSPANEL Monthly licenses are invoiced once per month (on the day that you originally signed up). We will invoice you 10 days prior to the due date to give you enough time to complete your payment. All monthly licenses will include ticket support, software upgrades and full access to our community forum.
HMSPANEL Owned licenses are perpetual licenses and require no recurring fees. A perpetual license is a license that is paid once and does not need to be renewed annually. All Owned licenses will require a yearly $49.95 support and maintenance package renewal fee. This fee will renew your support contract in order receive support from our technicians. If you decide to not renew this contract you will still be able to receive software upgrades and reference our website documentation and online forums.
A. Only Owned licenses can be trasnferred from owner to owner. For example, these are cases in which a hosting business gets purchased by a new owner and the owner assumes all responsibilities of the business and all of the assets belonging to the business including licenses.
A. Licenses are automatically issued after payment. If you do not receive an email with details, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket.
If you are transferring an Owned license to a new owner please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to complete. The reason is because HMSPANEL manually has to approve these transfers.
A. Currently we accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Should you have any further questions regarding your payment, please submit a ticket.
A. We do install HMSPANEL as a courtesy upon request for all new orders.
